Refunds or Exchanges
At Silvery by Kiaya, we ensure high-quality craftsmanship in every piece. However, if you need an exchange or receive a damaged item, here’s how we can assist you.
1. Exchange Policy
✅ We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product.
✅ The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ Exchanges are available for the same or higher value items (price difference to be paid by the customer).
✅ Exchange shipping fee: ₹49/- (to be borne by the customer).
🔸 How to Request an Exchange?
1️⃣ Email us at customercaresilvery@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number & exchange request.
2️⃣ We will share the return address & instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us at your cost (₹49/- shipping fee applies).
4️⃣ Once received & verified, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
2. Refund Policy (For Damaged Products Only)
✅ If you receive a damaged or broken product, we will provide store credit equal to the product value.
✅ Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website within 6 months.
🔸 How to Claim Store Credit for a Damaged Product?
1️⃣ Email us at customercaresilvery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged product & order details.
2️⃣ Once verified, we will issue a store credit code within 3-5 business days.
